3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if there is a pricing/listing error. In such cases, any amount paid will be fully refunded.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it and send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect information, suspected fraud or other reasons.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
- We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers. Payment information is handled by Cashfree and your bank in line with applicable security standards.
- If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is normally auto-refunded by the payment provider/bank. You may also contact us with your payment reference.
- You agree to use only payment methods you are authorised to use.
6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Wholesale / Bulk Orders
Bulk orders may be subject to special pricing, minimum quantity and separate terms shared at the time of quotation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including logo, text, images, graphics and design — belongs to Accessories Point or its licensors.
