Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for COD, if available). During sales or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
Delivery Time
- Delhi NCR: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days
- Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated based on order weight, delivery location and order value, and are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the Website.

We ship through reliable courier partners across India. We ship within India only.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us on +91 98398 32323 for tracking help.
Delivery Address
Please provide a complete and correct address with a valid PIN code and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details. Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched.
Failed Delivery / RTO
If delivery fails after the courier's attempts (customer unavailable, wrong address, refused delivery), the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply, and refund (if applicable) is processed as per our Refund Policy after deducting shipping and gateway charges.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
Please check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged, tampered with, or the parcel is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos/video, and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve it. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
